Join The Foundation for the Higher Good and Northwest Rotary for our annual Fiesta de Guatemala at Columbia’s newest venue, Fr. Tolton Catholic High School on Friday, May 4, 2012 from 6:00-10:00pm. Sample delicious hors d’oeuvres and enjoy an authentic Guatemalan dinner prepared and sponsored by Room 38. Come dance the night away with MC Chris Kelley, Performer Caleb Rowden, and MU Latin Dance Club to festive sounds, salsa dancing, and dinner.
The funds raised for the evening will benefit the Guatemala Milk Project which provides powdered milk, formula, cereal, vitamins to undernourished children and pregnant nursing mothers in Guatemala. Our goal is to lower the infant mortality rate in Chichicastenango, Guatemala by providing proper nutrition for mothers and their children.
